Eligibility

You must be at least 9 years old to use Football Prediction Arena. This is a free entertainment service with no real-money wagering, gambling, or prize payouts of any kind.

Rules

• One account per person.
• Do not attempt to abuse or manipulate the scoring system.
• Predictions lock at match kickoff and cannot be changed.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not use bots, scripts, or automation to submit predictions.
• Do not create multiple accounts for the same person.
• Do not attempt to manipulate league standings or other users' experiences.

Availability

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. Live scoring depends on third-party data sources.

Third-party marks

Football Prediction Arena is not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, any league, club, federation, or national association. Team names, crests, badges, and related marks displayed within the app belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Intellectual property

Original content, code, and design of Football Prediction Arena are owned by us. Football club names, league names, crests, and related marks belong to their respective rights holders. We are not affiliated with any football organisation.

Limitation of liability

Football Prediction Arena is provided for entertainment purposes only, on an "as-is" basis with no warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service outages, incorrect match data from third-party providers, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
